How we work
What do you want to achieve? Everything starts with defining your goals. In a personal meeting, we’ll get to know each other, discuss your ambitions, and determine the best approach to reach your objectives. This way, we avoid ending up with a final product that doesn’t fully suit your service or product. Together, we’ll map out all requirements so you have full control over what we’re going to do. You’ll receive a transparent quote, putting you in control. If you'd prefer to implement certain requirements in a later phase, that’s entirely possible. This approach keeps you in control of the work, so you always know where the budget is going.
Conceptualizing the (final) product
When the objectives are clear, we’ll work on defining the product. Together we’ll invest time and effort to in detail work out what should be created. We identify implicit expectations, build a product outline and define a plan.
A pragmatic approach
Having clear expectations and a plan, without debating aesthetics, this phase is where we determine exactly how your product will function. We determine how to provide users with the most efficient path to achieve their goals and determine how the information flows.
A strong start is half the battle. Time invested in this phase will pay off in reliability and predictability later, ensuring on-time delivery of a product that will meed your needs, within budget.
We’re a small company but we can handle big projects. We’ll gladly work with your own development group or involve one of our partners.
Agile development
In this phase, in an iterative manner using two- to three-week development stints, we will together build your product. We may start with clickable prototypes and proof of concepts so we can get feedback as quickly as possible.
In every development stint we add functionality, evaluate with the stakeholders, adjust and continue. Along the way you can already experience the final product we envision, see it grow and see how it helps achieve your goals.
After alignment and approval, it’s time — you go live. This is always a milestone, and we make sure to celebrate it.
